BHC Pic of the Week- Tribute to JP: Nr. 3

JP was a photographer who, like yours truly, likes to experiment with photos. Not just from different standpoints, he liked doctoring them up like in this photo, taken of an unusual through truss bridge in Ohio. Here, he made a clear, colorful opening in the portal, while leaving the rest blurred and with Sepia filter. This is one of my favorites of his pics.

And why was this bridge unusual? It has no portal bracing, making it look like a European-style truss bridge. Normally, portals should look like this one:
