Satolli Glassmeyer made an interesting discovery in Michigan. Consisting of one Luten Arch Bridge and two culverts- all made in concrete- the bridges along James Road near Maylee used to carry a road that has long since been abandoned. All of them are over a century old and have decayed beyond repair. Some information about the bridge, together with the terminology involving Phantom Bridge and Ghost Road can be found in this 10-minute video clip. The question is what else do we know about the three bridges long this road?
Feel free to find out and comment. Your bridge matters. ❤
