Attention fellow pontists: The website bridgehunter.com is currently down as it is being modernized into the newest website, which will take time to complete. The BHC is offering to put up some news stories involving historic bridges in the US from people like you. Very simple: If there is a bridge project (replacement or restoration) you want inform someone about or a mystery bridge you want solved, send me a summary about it with 1-2 photos (JPG or PNG) of the bridge to my e-mail address and then I will run it. Your name will be credited. Some of the news stories will be mentioned in the BHC Newsflyer podcast. This will be done until the website is back online, which may take a while, according to the info from Historic Bridge Foundation.
